Take a Roman Candle, and break it open right in the middle. Then pour out all of the powder into lots of tin foil. Cover
the thing in tin foil many many times. Make sure to keep the wick so you can ignite it. Insert the wick before you roll it

Things that can go wrong,
one time i did this and i broke it open too far down. I opened it where the stopping powder is, and the wind blew
it into my mouth. It tastes like cayanne pepper, but it gives u larangitis for a few days.
